Minor difficulty: the Japanese sent a recon plane
over PH an hour before the major raid. The fleet's
not there. The raid gets delayed while the Striking
Force looks for the fleet. Meanwhile, they turn on
their radios, and hear that it's 1939...

The Army of Northern Virginia from April 1863 to
April 1861. Effect is obvious.
Any military force. The Kriegsmarine of July 1, 1942
to July 1, 1940. The KM adds 310 U-boats (from 61 to
