Agreed, so it wouldn't last *that* long. Either it changes to
everyone within 10 years or the troops and their children within 10
years and everyone soon after that. Say troops get the right to vote
in 1920, their children in 1925 and everyone in 1948? Did the French
pull troops signficantly from other colonies in WWI? (Indochina?) |
