Can't. A lot of the borders shown are modern,
or dating back no further than 1910 or so.
For instance the borders of Angola, Brazil,
Western Sahara, and in southeast Asia. The
borders in southeastern Europe only date from
the 1990s.

But the PoD must be far further back than that,
for Portugal to hold Madagascar and the Kenya-
Tanzania coast, but not southern Mozambique.

I cannot imagine any PoD or sequence of PoDs
that would leave Germany in possession of
Alsace and Lorraine, and Silesia and east
Pomerania, and united with Austria - but _not_
including Prussia!

BTW - there's one R and two Bs in "Caribbean".

Also, the Cascade Range barely crosses the
49th parallel.
